Sealed proposals will be received in the Office of the Purchasing Agent at the North Providence Town Hall, 2000 Smith Street, North Providence, Rhode Island 02911, until 10:45 A.M. on Friday January 19, 2024. Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Assembly Room of the North Providence Town Hall on Friday January 19, 2024, at 11:00a.m.
There will be a mandatory pre-proposal Conference on Wednesday December 20, 2023, at 9:00am in the North Providence Town Hall Assembly Room (Ground Floor).
RFI’s will be submitted no later than Friday January 12, 2024, by 3:00pm and will be required to be in writing to Owner’s Project Manager, Matt McBurnie, mmcburnie@leftfieldpm.com.
